Refund Policy

This is a starter refund policy for test-mode integration and is not final commercial policy. The owner must approve refund windows and support contacts before launch.
Failed payments
If money is debited but Razorpay does not confirm a captured payment, no credits are added. Bank reversals generally follow the bank or payment-provider timeline.
Duplicate charges
Verified duplicate charges will be investigated and, where confirmed, refunded to the original payment method.
Unused credits
The production rule for voluntary refunds of unused credits is not yet approved. Placeholder packs should not be sold in live mode until this rule is finalized.
Consumed talk time
Talk time already used is generally not refundable, except where required by law or where a verified platform fault caused incorrect charging.
