This starter notice explains the planned data handling for the SAATHI preview. Production launch requires verified company, grievance, retention, and processor details.
Information we collect
We collect your verified phone number, display name, optional profile context, wallet and payment records, and eventually call metadata, transcripts, summaries, and recording references.
Why we use it
Data is used to authenticate you, recognize your calls, provide remembered conversation context, manage credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and support the service.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Razorpay provides payment processing. Agni by Ravan.ai will provide telephony and AI voice infrastructure.
Sensitive conversation data
Conversation content can be deeply personal. Access should be limited to service operation, support, safety, and legal requirements. Avoid sharing information you do not want processed.
Your choices
You may edit profile context in Settings. A complete deletion workflow will be provided alongside the voice-data integration before production launch.
